What if I cant send out email on SMTP port 25 through my ISP?

Many hosts like Comcast, SBC, AT&T , PTCL, Dancom, LinkDotNet and others are completely blocking users from being able to use port 25 unless you send out email through them. If you are having an issue like this, try going into your email properties, and under the Advanced settings you should be able to change the port to use for outgoing mail.

We have a secondary port specifically for this use: 366

So change your outgoing SMTP server port from 25 to 366, and that should resolve the issue.

EXCHANGE SERVER customers: use 366 or 587
